Control and management of displays

Control systems

The LED displays are not limited to LED modules, power supplies, cables or housings. They also include electronic components that are intended to manage the operation of individual elements. They are as important as the display itself because a fully functional device can only operate with high-quality control systems.

Receiver card

Each display includes receiver cards that communicate with a sending card. Depending on its size, a display may contain a dozen to several dozen (sometimes even more) receiver cards. Each card is responsible for controlling a selected part of the display.

Sending card / player

This component is responsible for data transmission to receiver cards, so that each part of the display „knows” what to display at each particular moment.

Control cards can work in three modes: synchronous, asynchronous or hybrid.

Synchronous mode is the operating mode in which images are displayed live, i.e. from a source, such as a computer, player or camera.

Asynchronous mode displays content in an automatic mode, i.e. from a preset playlist, and all contents are sent to an inbuilt player, which displays the images according to the preset schedule.

The hybrid mode combines both previous modes in one device, which can operate in either synchronous or asynchronous mode.

Software

Dedicated software is designed to configure and manage the display using the hardware options, as well as to easily and intuitively manage the displayed content, or create schedules and playlists.

Depending on the selected version of the display control system, you can select appropriate software offering full range of control options.

Asynchronous control

The display can operate autonomously without having to be permanently connected to the computer display or other source of a video signal. Everything is operated from a player with built-in memory.

Intuitive software

It can be used to easily set up schedules and playlists containing video files, graphics or photos. The display can operate completely automatic by uploading contents to the asynchronous player.

Hybrid systems

The advantages of asynchronous and synchronous systems can be combined into hybrid systems. An autonomous player can be used on a daily basis and live steaming can be initiated whenever necessary.

Flexibility

This is the main advantage of our systems. The optimal control system is selected for each display size to ensure maximum functionality.
